How to run fallout 3 GOTY on steam..? win10

Unsure, but it says it wont be compatible when i start it, menu loads, click new game and freezes. Im on windows 10, how do i make it work?

Works nicely for me. You may need to run it in admin & compatibility mode. I also use FOSE and also run it directly from fallout3.exe instead of the launcher.

Dont see how to run as admin, its a url on my desktop thats linked to steam or whatever... and how do i find the fallout 3 exe..idk what folder its in
