How to run multiple fans

I have just installed my system into a Corsair Air 240 case. My previous case only had one fan but this one has 3.

How to I run all 3 fans, I assume not all from the one header on the mobo?

I have 2, CPU and System

So I need to run 3 fans off the system header then.

run the intake fan of the system header,
and run the others off cpu header via this cable
