how to secure cpu waterblock?

hi there,
im currently attatching my delta cpu block and i have 4 sets of:
2 washers,
spring,
bolt
and thumb screw,

my question is, which order do they go in :confused:

err, read the little instruction pamphlet that came with it?

I had the same troubles the other day with my Delta V3 too, it would help if they actually put the instructions in the box!
