How to select 1 audio track in WMP?

Can someone tell me how I select which audio track I want playing in Windows Media Player?

I'm trying to watch Spaced but every episode has 2 x Audio Tracks, one is the track for the episode itself and the other is a running commentary. All I want playing is the actual episode audio.

It'll possibly be a right click option in the main window itself..

Try press alt (to bring up the menu), go to 'Play' then into 'Audio and Language Packs' and see if there are any tracks you can disable there.

thanks for the reply, have just tried what you suggested but it just brings up defaults and then only lets me select actual language such as arabic, french etc.

I'm sure there was a way to do this but i dont have a clue.

Hmm, I did a quick search on Google and couldn't find much on this. Maybe play it in VLC, I think you can turn of tracks in that.
