How to sell?

I'm considering selling my Pana Lumix G6 along with the 14-140 lens.
Is there a preferred way to sell? Should I typically sell as a bundle or would it be better to split the body and lens?

Any recommendations for where to sell it also?

You'll likely get more selling separately and I prefer forum sales here or over at talkphotography, you will probably get more on ebay but you need to be careful about the fees and the scammers!
