How to send files from multiple users?

Bit of advice on something I am not really certain off. Perhaps someone on here can steer me in the right direction.

I have been asked by a friend of mine to look into the following....

Around 15 people have to send via email a small 'Excel' file for every customer they visit....

So files will be saved for arguments sake....... 'smith', 'johnson', 'collins'

They have to be sent to one persons email account.


What is the easiest way of doing this.

I realize easiest way of doing this is using each persons email account and just attaching each file. BUT some of these people are not super internet savvy.


I was wondering something like a 'dropbox' but could that get complicated getting each person to set it up on there comoputer.



Any advice would be great.

Dropbox would be my suggestion, that or Google Docs. With the latter instead of e-mailing the excel file they just update the master Google Doc and the person who would have been e-mailed the Excel file just gets the data from that.
