I'm going slightly crazy wanting to send about 30GB of files from one PC to another. They're both Windows 10 (up to date) but neither can see the other. I've googled it which has found a couple of different ways of doing it and neither worked :(

They're on the same network and both set to a private network with sharing enabled. In "Network" both PCs show up on both PCs, but if I double click on the other PC, it just shows a blank file explorer.
I've tried using the right click --> share button but neither PC can see the other (and i've enabled share in the account sync settings)
I've tried "Give permission to" and that didn't seem to work either.

I was just hoping that each PC could see the other's Shared folder and I could drag and drop like that :(

How do I set up a little network?

I wish I had done that, in the end I just disabled all the wirelesses and connected the pair up via a cable and sent the files that way. Now however the wireless adapter won't connect to my router (even though I've disabled the ethernet controller and reset my PC etc) and this seems to freeze settings whenever I try to open it to try and see what is going on - very unhelpful!
