How to set a divider?

I'm pretty sure I've set the divider wrong in my setup..

I'm using an Asrock 939Dual and I the only way I can seemingly setup a divider is by setting the ram to either 200, 166 or 133.

Is this the correct way to do this?
I've read of ppl setting the divider to 160 and 180.. is this exclusive to a DFI expert board?

Yeah, only the motherboards aimed at the enthusiasts like the DFIs have the extra dividers. But you are correct about the dividers.
