how to set favourites channels

I have just purchased a Sharp LC-32CFG6351K TV which works perfectly except I cannot find how to save channels to my favourites.
I do not watch TV that much, so just using freeview.
There are no instructions in the manual on how to set your favourites and all I have turned up online is a PDF manual which is the same as the hard copy that came with the TV.
Can anyone help, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the link, I have just sent them my query.
I did not know if there was a difference in using FreeView as against Cable or Sky, that is why I mentioned it.
