how to set ram timings?

my ram is ddr3 and i need to setting the timmings and dpeed. but my mobo only supports up to 800 mhz and it needs to be at 1333. how do i set this in trhe bios? and the timings make no sense but i cant work out how to change them. any ideas? thanks
