How to set up a second @ntlworld.com email?

One of my mums friends, whos not to hot on PC's rang my up this morning asking me how they could get a second @ntlworld.com email address. Now i have no idea cause i use gmail. So can someone point me in the right direction so that i can talk him through it over the phone.

(this is my hoping that he can do it by logging into his ntl world account and doesnt require a call to india)

just goto http://www.virginmedia.com/customers/myaccount/index.php?category=portal&app=myaccount click "manage your email" then just follow what it says.

That takes you to the link I posted, I reduced the number of clicks you needed to make by one :eek:
