Ok, forcast said rain for yesterday (everywhere did..) went to oulton park for the btcc and got pretty badly sunburnt.

Been using manly moisturiser all night but it still burning. Anything thats good you lot know of? (except mustard, tried that...)

Next time, always be prepared. If you're going to be out all day in the summer, it's a good idea to take with you:

A raincoat
A hat
A spare top
Sunblock

That is all.

Looks like ill have to go to the supermarket after work, they were closed yesterday. :/ Was ideally after any naturaly food answers or something I could grab at home (looking about some places mention cucumbers!)

for jpmonkey, we were prepared for rain, which is what every forcast we found said it would do :(

i get sun burnt bad some time's and i use piuz buin after sun.it's been really good for me and is imho the best on the market but everyone is different when it come's to the sun.

oo cheers people. Might try some aloe vera :)

I know not using sun lotion before was bad, even worse for me as i usually need factor 50+ as my skin sucks. So you can guess the state of me after being sat in it for about 6 hours :( I did use my shirt as a hat/sun shade after the first couple of hours aswell but it didnt really do much it seems. (no pics as i dont have any bread.. honest)

i know what you mean about your skin suck's.

i have to use factor 50 piuz buin myself and never get burnt with that on.

You know the bread thing is an in-joke started by Fox right?

Aloe Vera is the best thing you can get. If you can't get the gel, then get a couple of Aloe Vera lipslaves and use them.

Sounds weird, but it works great.

When you do get some aftersun, keep it in the fridge so it's nice and cooling when you apply it.

You sound like an old woman. He just said he didn't know it was gonna be sunny.

Banana Boat UltraMist Aloe After Sun Spray Gel.

You get it in Tesco's. You don't even need to touch your skin, just spray.

Brilliant stuff.
