How to Stop Automatic Sign In to Windows Messenger (Hotmail)?

When I sign into my hotmail account, it seems to automatically to sign me into Windows messenger. I can't see anywhere to edit these options.

If you sign out, where you enter your email and password you should just be able to untick the box.

In 'options' there are check box about whether messenger starts at system starup, auto logs you in etc.

it will auto sign you in if you leave it signed when you log out from your emails. You need to manually sign out before coming out of hotmail. After that, it shouldnt log you in anymore.
