put all the unhealthy snacks in a really hard to reach place thats as far away from you as possible. if you're as lazy as me you'll snack on easier to reach stuff.

Unfortunately, it does involve willpower. In the past year, I've gone from a 41" waist to 34", losing 30KG in the process. I never thought it'd be possible, and if I can do it, anyone can. Myfitnesspal is your friend

I find routine meals help.
Also don't go shopping on an empty stomach or you'll just end up buying rubbish!


I think the problem isn't so much what I eat (which is pretty good), but just that I've gotten into the habit of reaching for food at totally inappropriate times, like late at night before I go to bed. For some reason that always strikes me as a good time to make a sandwich.

OP, I went from 36" to 30" (I got into 29") at one point but it was not comfortable ! lol
Just stop eating ! Once you get used to it, and your stomach shrinks a bit you will eat less.
If you had to eat, eat a carrot.
