1ST ISSUE
when i play my tape, it makes a weird flapping sound.
when i open it i see this, creases and sides folding.
i straighten it out, and it does same thing when i play again.
how can i stop this?

2ND ISSUE
i as u can see in the images,
the tape has swirled round, you cant straighten it out. its hard to explain in text, but im sure you can see in the images.
