How to stream to airplay from Windows?

Hi,

My last thread was deleted and comment written was 'spam'. Maybe it was because I mentioned a program which I used to do this but wanted to know about alternatives.

I will not post any names of programs in this post.

Please can anyone tell me if there is a way to airplay from Windows 8.1 to my apple tv?

It looks like a mix up, someone commented in the other thread that was spam, I'm guessing it was that comment alone that should have been deleted not the thread?
