How to take creatine?

I was of the understanding tho, that creatine wasnt neccessary if you eat enough red meat?

On that note, I eat 2 steaks a week the rest is fish/seafood and chicken (dinner).
 
I take 15g in the morning, 15g pre workout, 15g post workout, and 15g before bed.

I also put 15g in the ice cold water I leave my kidneys in overnight when they fall out of my rear end

Take it anally and you can half that dose while maximising gainz

and i bet some people do this.. after all they sell it in bangs of 0.5 kg.
 
5g per day.

I'm doing 10g/protein with 5g Creatine pre workout and then 50g protein/5g leucine/5g creatin after workout.

Which creatine should I be ditching?
I'm also having a 50g protein /5g creatine shake on every non workout day (thu/fri/sat) this ok?

EDIT: Watched the vid now Im home, may as well cut the creatin in half then.
