How to tell if the a CPU is throttling?
I think there is an issue with my CPU throttling when it is under load, In games like Battlefield 3 my games stutters for 2 seconds and fps falls to about 12 then goes up 40 or so. When I open google chrome and I have saved lots of tabs (15 or so) again the program acts weird and my mouse lags for a few seconds?
 
My CPU runs at about 26 degrees C on idle and at about 50 when under load. I had standard cooling before and it reached 78 once! But it ran fine at that temp, I was like :O when I saw that but I doubt that will have made the issue. Could you send me a link please with this software
