Just a quick question, im just wondering how to test 32gb of ram ? ive got a new CPU, a Ryzen 2700, doesn't look like ive won the silicon lottery this time, the best ive managed to push out of it is 4,075 @ 1.425v wont even do 4.1 across all cores, anyway, so far ive passed 12 hours of Prime95 26.6, 12 hours of AIDA stress test, realbench 8 hours, IBT AVX very high setting for 50 passes.

now I know I can use HCI memtest in windows, but, you can only run 1024 with each window, that's 32 windows I would need to open and get right first time then click start on all of them, quite painful I thing, so should I just run the normal dos version of memtest x86, just to be sure of stability or are the tests ive run so far ample ?

If your not testing for a specific fault and your just trying to see if your systems stable I would say what you have done is already more than enough. People get too hung up on stress tests, if your not getting crashes / problems in real world use ultimately you're stable enough. I've never done more than 30 minutes or so of Prime95 to test my overclock and then the same in something like furmark for a GPU overclock and I've never had an issue.

If your looking for a specific fault with a stick of ram then yes memtext x86 on a bootable disc is the way to go.
