How to test LCD screen

What kind of help is that to him ?.

Best post something constructive or not post at all.

The APP I use showed me last week on that 32" Sammy 3 lazy pixels out the box, would have took longer viewing movies etc to find them as its far easier of alternating Self Coloured backgrounds.

Also fixed with 1 press of my knuckle each and never returned.

Clarkeys post was perfectly constructive and i totally agree with him...if it looks ok then it probably is..why go looking for problems as a matter of course.

if thats your personal preference than thats ok but it doesnt mean that any other method is unacceptable..i go with the 'use your eyes' judgement everytime..any doubts than go ahead and check.

Please try to be a little more considerate and constructive in your posts please.

:D

Who the hell are you talking to ?

His post was ignorent and your backing him with absolutely no input to helping the OP.

Who goes looking for problems, only a n00b would keep a TV thats got clouding or many stuck pixels.

These issue may not show up for days watching normal TV, until you see a uniformed background of a certain colour.

I give you the same advise I gave him, Unless you got something to say to help the OP then dont bother saying anything.

If you actually read his OP, you would see he did not ask for advise on a Visual Inspection by the human eye.

huh? What's wrong with just using your eyes. You are saying that you can't tell if a monitor is broken or poor quality, blind?

What on earth is the point of posting that crap. If you don't have anything helpful to post then don't post it.

As above,

OP: Best place would be to look at Basass's site within the calibration section. I think the site URL is posted within one of the stickies ?

Hahaha christ ive never seen anyone over react quite so much. Some geeks are real moody lol

IS THAT RIGHT, why are you even posting.

Do you have any help for the OP, if not then DON'T POST.

The 2 posts from the n00bs above were totally ignorant as said by myself and the other 1 person who tried to help at that stage.

Go and Troll Youtube or such if you cant post something constructive.

You got some kind of problem lamer ?

You know this thread has had Fake BS removed already at my request by someone higher up than any of the active Mods here.

I strongly advise you grow up and if your posting to Troll and and not help the OP I'm going to report you.

You have totally over reacted from the very start of this thread.

someone said use your eyes, thats a fair comment. in most cases people would spot problems with their vision.

I think you need to chill out mate. Never seen anyone post in such a defensive and over the top manner
