Hey y'all
While my PC has a stock Intel cooler and the fans that came with the Corsair 350D I'm not overclocking anything yet, but want to check that things are at least running as they should be for stock.
My RAM is currently 2 sticks of 4GB 1866Mhz stuff with a nice heat spreader - the the UEFI type BIOS accepts that it's 1866 RAM (and to be sure I checked the QVL not only is my spped of RAM supported but the specific dimms I bought are listed as supported).
So why does CPU-Z list it as 933.3Mhz?
I'm very new to clocking/CPU speed related things as this is the first machine I've had with any real headroom and physical space to overclock. (3770K and a corsaid 350D). I have to admit to being a bit baffled by RAM speed.
