How to to adjust ATI Mobility

I have an ATI Mbobility Radeon 4200 in my Acer Aspire 5553 Laptop and was wo0ndering how can you set it to reduce performance and power when using battery power?

There's usually options in CCC, although you should find it does it automatically anyway.
