how to transfer games via steam?

how do i transfer games to one account to another? I have cs and cz on one account and i want them om my other account? is it possible, if so,how?

yea. not possible. maybe with a chat with valve but.. still 99% sure its not possible.

If you own the original, physical CD key, you can, though it'll probably take ages or cost you. If you bought it via Steam, then you can't transfer them.
