how to transfer saved games on ps3

I have been playing gta on my friends ps3 and got quite far however i just got a ps3 and want to know how i can get the saved file and put it on my ps3. does anyone know how i can do this?

Some games don't allow you to copy, but for those that do; pop in a USB data stick, go to the games bar in the XMB, find the 'saved game utility', find the relevant savegame, press triangle and select copy.

This should copy the game onto your data stick, where it can then be copied onto your ps3
