How to Turn Boox Max 2 into Multi-Screen Monitors?

Hello,

A few weeks ago our company bought 8 pieces of ONYX BOOX MAX 2.

Our goal is to create a multi screen display - we want to connect all the readers to a video camera, use their monitor mode, and play live video with each reader using 1/8 of the video.

We made a sketch that explains it well:

Video Camera > Splitter > Onyx Boox Max 2 on monitor mode.

We don't want to just play movies or something like that, otherwise we would use standard computer screens. We have a specific need that your monitors answer so we don't want to replace them.

The problem is we tried some things that work with regular monitors but it didn't work with your readers and we are looking for your help.

What we tried to do so far:

We bought two different HDMI splitters -

We connected the reader's HDMI cables to the splitter, but the readers don't receive the video. It says there is a problem, like it's not connected to anything.

Standard computer monitor doesn't have any problem with these splitters, everything is working fine, but we want it to be your Eink readers and not a regular monitor.

We also tried with Raspberry Pi, and the same problem - it has a problem monitoring the video.

The only thing that worked was to connect two readers to a computer that has two HDMI ports, the problem is that there are no computers with 8 ports, no graphic card with 8 ports.

What do you recommend to do?

What device do we need to buy or what do we need to do to successfully split the video well into 8 Onyx Boox Max 2 reades?

What is the difference between a graphic card that has some ports (works for us) and the splitter that has some ports (not working)

Thanks in advance!
