How to turn down fans

Just recieved my new system (in CM HAF X case). Anyone have any idea how to adjsut the fans? They're all on top whack and pretty damn loud. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

How are the fans connected?

To the PSU so they get full power all the time?
Into motherboard headers?
Via fan controller?

If they are the type that plug into the motherboard, download something like speedfan to adjust the speeds.

You buy a High AirFlow case and complain about the noise of the high airflow?

Just find it a bit funny that's all.
