how to undelete a file?

I have a microdrive which my brother deleted something off by mistake, its very important, is it possible to recover it?
i dont mind paying for software.

Getdataback from http://www.runtime.org/ will do the job, it comes in NTFS and FAT32 flavours.

I would download the demo first to make sure you can see the files you want to recover before buying the actually product though.
