How to uninstall DR2

I had an issue with an update so I'm going to reinstall the game but I cant seem to find a way of uninstalling it aside from deleting the entire folder. The game doesnt appear in the "change or add programs" list.

Have you tried reinstalling it over the top ? , i've done that in the past
