OK I have to admit I really know nothing about memory except how to put it in the mobo but thats as far as my kowledge goes on memory

So today I dled cpu-z as I heard it was a usefull tool So I dled it opened it looked at my memory and found out my memory was running at 400 mhz not the 800 mhz my memory is capable of

Now I know you have to do something in the bios and ive tried reading the faqs and guides but none of it really made sense to me I even read my motherboard users manual but its useless tbh doesnt really tell you how to do anythin

So I am calling on you guys to tell me how I can get my memory speed at the 800 mhz its capable of and what to do in my bios

Specs Are:

Athlon X2 7750 Clocked to 3.0 GHZ
Asus M3A78 PRO Motherboard
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2
Asus Ati Radeon 4850
Asus Xonar D1 7.1 PCI Sound Card

Now can aynone tell me what I should do in my asus Bios to get my memory working at its full capability would be much apreciated

Cheers Guys!
