well I connected my b450 gaming pro carbon up last night and thought the first thing to do would be to update the bios, but searched everywhere and can’t seem to find the current bios and secondly how to update it, any help on this ?

Update last night the msi downloads page didn’t show any bios files, but they now show so downloaded and updated.
