My sister likes to stream iplayer 24/7. As we're on god-awful virgin, this means the connection is nearly always throttled, making it unusable for games and pretty much anything.
I have a linksys router with tomato firmware, and have heard that QoS can be used to limit bandwidth, however it's not exactly user friendly!
Anyone have some quick tips on how to limit one computer on the network's iplayer usage (besides yanking out the cable - that gets me in trouble
)? I have no clue.
