Hi got used haf x and dont know how to wire up the usb and power cables as there is no manual. Anyone got any ideas please. Web site dont have this technical info or i cannot find it.

The USB leads will plug into your motherboards spare USB headers, check your motherboard manual for this and the same will go for the Power & Reset Switch.
Case Power LED & HDD activity LED.

Case fans you can connected directly to the PSU or the motherboards fan headers.

Thats the Nvidia HAF-X manual,same case as yours but just a different colour.

That is great. The usb card panel for haf x is what i got but just missing exactly 4 cables:

USB extensions; JP1, JP3; JP4.

Anyone know what those do and whether I need them? thanks

It's easy to work out as all you do is follow the circuit board tracks.

JP4 is for for e-sata.

JP3 is for fire wire (IEEE 1394).

JP1 is for Headset/speakers & mic.

Yes thats it but the cables for the firewire & sound do not come with the motherboard they only come with the case.

So you would need to buy this & rob the cables off it as it says it comes with cables.

Thanks for finding that out. BTW I though all cables come with motherboard especially those mid range ones...

Cables for connecting the motherboard to the case never come supplied with the motherboard no matter how expensive or cheap the motherboard is.
