How tolerant are PSUs to voltage drops ?

The same PSUs are sold worldwide, you plug them into 110V and they work, and you plug them into 220V and they work. So that begs the question - on a 220V supply, if you had a very bad voltage drop the PSU wouldn't bat an eyelid, it would just continue to power the PC quite happily uninterrupted ?

Not my area of expertise but - some have a switch for 110V and 240V and probably wouldn't accept a huge input variance - not sure if they simply switch between full and half-bridge rectifier to get the desired output from the transformer - other designs may be auto-sensing and able to adjust on the fly.

Yes, if it's a wide-input PSU, and not one of those ancient switched ones, then it will not care if the input voltage changes while its working. Furthermore, though they typically have a minimum input voltage of 110V specified, they will actually work much, much lower than that.
