I am 37 and stopped playing Sunday league football about 8 months ago to start taking my lad to play rugby.
Went for a lads day out saturday paintballing and then on sunday we had a under 7's rugby family day out. A few games of touch rugby and some father son football.
Woke up this morning and I can hardly walk...
