How unhealthy is..

For some reason yoghurt makes me feel ill. It's a shame because I really like it too.

My brother is a bit similar to you, but not as excessive. When he eats yoghurts he generally eats those 6 packs you get all in one go. The ones in little square cartons. He doesn't eat a pack of them every day though.
 
Wouldnt have thought they'd be very good for you tbh. Full of refined sugar, if anything will rot your teeth, and knowing Muller will be full of additives.

1 a day I would have though you'd be ok, but 10?
 
When I drove for Culina Logistics (who do Mullers distribution) we were allowed to eat as many Mullers as we wanted from the fridge in the canteen, I did!

Did not notice any side effects, that said, since I left Culina, the idea of paying for the things seems wrong now, so I've stopped eating them altogether.

PhilW needs to post in this thread, he works for Muller iirc.
 
hmm...it's not bloody fair :(, i eat no where near as much a day and spend 30 hous per week on my feet (just at work, doesn't include the walking/cycling i do on days off) and i'm still fatter than you ste bla...i hate you :( :p and i only eat one of those yoghurts a day, usually the fruit variety though :) (the choc digestive balls if i feel in a fat mod)

I bet you're eating way way too much carbs. Eat meat fgs.
 
Do none of you folk posting up your daily food intake ever go near fruit or vegetables? I'd be FAR more concerned about that than your excessive sugar and lack of protein intake.
 
10 a day? You make it sound like a crack habit.

10 a day of those? 70 a week, 3640 a year.

Any thing in that amount is not good for you!

4 x Weetabix + Proper Milk + Sugar 253 + 100 (66 per 100ml) + 30

0.5L O+P Robinson Juice (makes up 2 litres ish) 150

6443 calories in a day. Have you considered the possibility you have a tapeworm? :p
Either that or you're going to the gym in your sleep because it probably isn't possible to burn all that off without exercising all the time (well, when you're not eating :p)
 
10 a day :eek: I would say thats unhealthy. Definatly have to cut down.

Are you finding yourself eating the yoghurts as quick and easy food instead of making a quick sandwich or having a bit more fruit? I do that from time to time but then I found spending an extra 5 - 10 mins making something is better. Tastes better and you dont find yourself eating as much.
 
Lol 10 a day?! Mate if you're just snacking I'd calm down. But if you're actually hungry for that many (and meals in between) then go see a doctor, cause something ain't right there.
