how will my setup Overclock?

Was thinking about upgrading my computer but has just purchased a house so am more skinter than a skint mans skint bits so i though i would just overclock my current computer which is...

Amd X2 4400+ with arctic freezer 4 cpu HSF
DFI Lanparty UT SLI-DR Motherboard
2Gb Corsair XMS DDR500 (4 x 512mb Stick)
Antec 480Watt Modular Power supply
2 x 74Gb Raptor drives

What sort of overclock do you think i can get?

should clock well, anything from 2.6-3gz should think, u could run into probs thou using 4 sticks, also that would take a few % of the overall oc if it did run with the 4x 512.
