How will this new stuff run for gaming and can I improve on it?

- Coolermaster CS-M Weapon of Choice AK47 Medium Mouse Pad
- Microsoft SideWinder X4 Gaming Keyboard
- AMD Athlon II X3 425 - Unlockable to AMD Phenom II B25 (Already Installed)
- 7GB Extra Value RAM (Already Installed)
- Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) (Replace Current RAM)

Please tell me how all of this will run on Call of Duty 4, and if I can make improvements to it to increase my performance?

Will it get 250FPS constant? I need 250fps for Promod. I know about 60FPS - 60Hz monitors.

Stulid: I have erm a 3x2gb kit and A 1gb kit. Remember long ago when I tried upgrading my Prebuilt pc? It came with 3GB Ram. So I just added 4gb more. So you suggest I take out the 3gb ram?
