How will this setup fair?

basically i'm upgrading my system, and am buying the motherboard, and the g card, can anybody see any incompatibilities?.. hopefully i shoudl order this within the week,

i play on 1280x1024 and have recently been using a x1950 agp

all looks good, should fly along nicely on 1280x1024.
