How would a second xbox work....?

My daughter currently plays on my xbox one with her own xbox account and as such she has access to online gaming and associated games via my gold subscription.

Now I'm considering getting her an box for her own room and I'm wondering how things would work, would she loss access to all the existing games? would she need her own gold subscription? Is there any sort of home/family setup?

Keep your original Xbox as her home console and she'll be able to login on the new one in her room and download her games and play. Gold will also be shared.
