how would i get sound....

if you have a look at the tv there might be either a mini-jack or phono input then you only need a mini-jack to mini-jack or mini-jack to phono cable from your pc to tv. Then select that audio input on the tv
 
Dvi doesn't send sound only video. I think your best option is to use your dvi to hdmi to connect to your tv for video and use the cables mentioned above for sound out of your supreme fx card
 
You need to have a look at the back of your tv and see is there a mini-jack or phono input, If you can't tell then post the model number of your tv or bring the instruction manual along to the shop with you and tell them what you want to do
Just make sure you can select the audio input on your tv when using hdmi before you buy anything

on the back of your TV where the "PC in" is, there will also be a soudn input (unless it only supports HDMI which is unlikly). This is normally a 3.5mm Stereo jack (mp3 player headphone type). You will need a male - male cable with 3.5mm jacks. This will go from the headphone port on your pc to the input port on the tv. Your TV may have different inputs/sizes though so unless you post the model we can't give specific help.

My details are for a Samsung one from last year (the one before the one with the red bit at the bottom)
