This is probably obvious to you lot, but can anyone point me in the right direction on how to make a photo into an effect like this:
from a photo like this:
I am quite the noob when it comes to graphics work but I am willing to learn. Does this type of manipulation have a name, that I could search for tutorials online for? Essentially the blue/gray on the 1st image is all transparent, and designed to be printed on the likes of a t-shirt.
