Would this card play recent graphics hungry games fairly well. I have decided to lower my budget on a card, and i am trying to go for something that will do me until i can either crossfire or just buy a more recent addition.

OR do i get.. 2x http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-149-XF for around the same money?

Im not really thinking i need anything higher than this, but i would like to check your thoughts

What size screen/Res do you game at ?

1680 x 1050 at the moment on a 22" widescreen

The 5850 will eat up anything i would imagine at that res.All depends on how much you want to spend.

Both setups are approximately the same. So its better to get the 5850 now so that in future if u need to upgrade, you can get anotherone and crossfire it
