How would people Rate these PC games

Anyone played any of these, and if so how are they:

Dark Messiah: Might and Magic
Neverwinter Nights 2
KOTOR 2
Gothic 3
Black and White 2
AOE3

If anyone could just give a few comments about these, would be much appricated?

PS: Even ive i hate star wars, will KOTOR still be any good?
 
I played through Black and White 2 in around 5-8 hours. It was easier than the first to control your creature and the new system of his thought was much better. However, you don't really get attacked at all until the last couple of levels, and even then its relatively easy to defend with some powers and your creature.

I wouldn't have recommended it when it first came out, but since it will be a lot cheaper now it is quite fun and would be worth a couple of quid.

Best played with headphones. Makes it seems like Xandra is really in your head.
 
KOTOR is a great game. Not all that Star Wars like either, it is set 4000 years before the films IIRC.

AOE3 is very good, if a bit of a slow starter.

Played a couple of hours of this - rather enjoying it so far! The single player is better than the multi player IMO (developed by different people). Good game if you like RPG type games.

Unforunately I haven't played these - I've played the B&W 2 demo briefly and it seemed to be good but it didn't have the gestures from the original which worked very well IMO. These might have been in the full version though!
 
thanks for the suggestions, just im looking for a good single player game to loose myself in, maybe something similar to oblivion. (i know some of them arnt RPG's, just intersted in them aswell)
 
Thought about X2/X3? Apparently they're pretty deep.

Gothic 3's a lot of fun, little rough around the edges and needs a few ini tweaks and a few other fix's to get it to run optimaly (jowood forum has them), but it's a classic Hack & Slash Action/RPG. Feels a bit world of warcraftish crossed with what Diablo 3 would be like if it was made ;) http://www.diablo3.com/ :D . G3's worth playing it'lll draw you in.

NWN2 is worth playing aswell. If you do, download the customisable AI patch, as it's AI is terrible.

Both RPG's (best of 2006 imo) are 100% better than Oblivion.

dark messiah: completed about 2 months ago really enjoyed the story it really pulls you in, and the MP the crusade mode is really fun with you storming the castle :)
NW2- another great story and due to pc problems i got to act 3 and enjoyed every moment.
KOTOR2- i enjoyed it more than the 1st and i thought that was great worth a buy both of them
Gothic 3- played for 2 hrs got bored
ao3- good but nothing to pull it aprt from the rest of the rts
black and white2- completed it with all the animals i really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone
 
Only one I've played is KOTOR2 which is a good game.
I'd recommend playing KOTOR beforehand though as it's a better game and has a related storyline.
