How would the noise levels of the Meshify 2 and Define 7 actually compare under full load?

This is more of a theoretical question, but if anyone has any practical experience with this, even better.

Comparing the Meshify 2 and Define 7, in a high/top end gaming system with full custom water cooling under full load, would the more restricted and convoluted airflow of the Define 7 actually make it louder thanks to the radiator fans having to work harder to cool the loop? Or does the noise cancelling foam etc always make the Define 7 quieter under any circumstance?

Would love to know this but for pure air cooling. Thinking about one of these myself. My workstation is in a Define 6 but the office is much louder so any measure of noise is pointless.

those solid fronted Fractal cases are annoying compared to the newer mesh-fronted cases. This is what I did to my Define S
