How would you feel about this?

I'd like to be told and wouldn't be offended.

I also understand as a doctor unless people visit the hospital then what can you do. You can't save the world.

You're not obligated to tell her anything and your kind ways still helped her.

I can't feel anything but kudos for you, is how I would feel about it.

Question is, would I want someone random to advise me to go for a cancer screening?

Yes.

especially if that random is a doctor...

'do no harm' is the oath right? Surely spotting potential skin cancer is worth a mention, temporary social awkwardness or embarrassment is irrelevant.

So Im in malta with 2 other doctors. I was in the supermarket and I saw this woman who had a very suspicious mole on her back (another tourist).

Now my question, how would you feel if a random stranger came up to you in the supermarket and told you that you should get your mole checked out?

This thing had so many reg flags I don't know how she did not look into it already.

Personally, I'd be grateful. Did you tell her?
