Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz

Asus P8P67 PRO Intel P67 (B3 Revision)

Corsair HX1050 Pro 1050W M

Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB x2

ATI Radeon 6970

OCZ Agility 3 120GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive

Antec 1200 Twelve Hundred V3

Noctua NH-D14

There's more but its not really worth posting, mostly cables, an extra fan and other miscellaneous stuff...

Criticisms welcome, although I have already ordered everything :D

I'd probably only change the motherboard, the PSU and the case.

I'd query the need for 16GB of RAM.

I'd have considered changing the GPU.

Are those the OCZ SSD's with problems?

Other than that it's fine.

Yeah ordered from OcUK. The OcUK (VTZ) one is in stock.

I just want 16GB of RAM. Overdoing it that much is so the build lasts me a good 2-3 years like the one I have now has. When I save a little more cash I'm planning on getting another 6970.

The OCZ Agilitys do have problems but its mostly firmware related and easily rectified.

Why would you change the case, the PSU and the Motherboard and the GPU?

I like the case though :). Not too keen on the blue LEDs though. The PSU is for when I get another 6970. I'm pretty much trying to make this "future proof" for the next few years. Did the same thing 3-4 years ago with the one I'm using now and its only just starting to lag behind.

Why would you change the case, the PSU and the Motherboard and the GPU?

Does it matter seeing as you've already ordered it?

The case is based on a years old design and I'm sure you could have got a much better/nicer case for the same money or less.

The PSU is overkill even if you were to get another 6970.

The Asus P67 motherboards have a poor reputation and you could have bought a P67 board with less issues or a Z68 board.

I only said I would have considered changing the GPU. Depending on what sort of games you play an Nvidia card may have been better or a HD 6950 offers 90%+ the performance of a HD6970 for three quarters the price.

The only thing I'm really worried about to be honest is where I'm going to PUT the case.. ha.

Where I have my current build it doesn't need much cooling so its in one of those compartments made for PCs in desks. I'm assuming that with my new build its going to need more than 5 inches of space to the windowed side and barely an inch on top for airflow :D

At least you are wanting the low profile vengeance ram so you recognize the height issue with the noctua cooler.
