Yes (full rate if you're meant to only be on ADSL, above target SNR margin, errored seconds overall <1%), why?
 
Because I've only just got back up to full rate, I was sitting around 5mbps before.

Also my SNR Percentage is at 1% (default 100%) is this likely to cause any problems later?

No, it's unlikely to do any harm. If you got the target SNR margin reset you could turn that off and get the same result.
