Hows my Overclock? 2700 24/7 safe?

Hi Peeps!

So basically i want to know how my overclock compares with others and wether it is safe to run 24/7.

2700 @ 4ghz 1.28vcore entered through bios. 68c max running Prime95 smallest FFTs 3 hours stable
Corsair vengence 3200 stock @ 3533mhz 1.3 volts 3 hours Memtest stable
MSI carbon b450 AC motherboard.

Core + voltage is constant no dips is this safe?

Does the 4GHz stick on all cores when you are running Prime? Mine downclocks even when temps are 50C. I think I am missing some setting here.... Can you check your settings PLEASE?
