Looks good just add Attic freezer cooler if u want to clock the cpu.

Obviously I would either try to get some extra cash and grab E7200 which is TONS better than the E2200 or get E2160 with better cooler. You aint going too far with E2200 with stock cooler, just to tell you, don't hope for 3.2ghz+ or anything on stock cooler as some ppl (which obviously have no real experience or just have been REALLY lucky ) may state.

If you aint going to upgrade the CPU + Cooler any soon I would grab AMD X2 5800+ for the same price.

But after all, it's still pretty good system for this price.
