So, it appears my second 360 has given up the ghost - locked up playing COD4 today, then on the dashboard, now nothing but RROD. Not so bad I thought, can't have had it for 3 years already, so it'll be well inside the extended warranty.
Not so, the manufacture date is 3 years ago today
Have filled out the online repair request form and am awaiting the confirmation email, fingers crossed the replacement all goes smoothly
For future reference, am I right in assuming that it's 3 years from the manufacturing date, or from purchase?
